Delicious Quinoa Bowl

Here's a great recipe for anyone looking for a wheat and dairy free snack. Ingredients: 1 cup cooked quinoa 1/2 Tbs agave nectar (great natural sweetener with a low Glycemic Index) 1 Tbs chopped nuts (chose your favorite, I use pecans) 1/4 apple cut into small pieces ground cinnamon Preparation: In a small bowl first combine the cooked quinoa with the agave nectar and stir, then add cinnamon and stir again.
