Are you looking to get more fiber into your diet? Think it has to taste awful? Think again!Here's a quick meal I put together that's bursting with fiber, protein, and good taste. All it takes is three simple ingredients: 2 high-fiber, low-carb tortillas (found at Walmart), About half a can of black beans and brown rice (found at the local health-food store), And a couple of tablespoons of hardwood smoked pulled pork (found at Costco). As the name implies, you are breaking a fast when you eat breakfast. Glycogen and insulin levels are low when you wake up in the morning, since it has typically been 8 - 12 hours since you last ate.  A breakfast of 400 - 500 calories will replenish those glycogen levels and give you the energy you need to begin your work day. With statements like "healthy comfort foods" and "easy weight loss", you'd have to be stupid to buy into this latest fad - MedWell123. The patented process they claim to use to bake their goods alone scares the hell out of me. Has this been tested on rats?
