As the name implies, you are breaking a fast when you eat breakfast. Glycogen and insulin levels are low when you wake up in the morning, since it has typically been 8 - 12 hours since you last ate. A breakfast of 400 - 500 calories will replenish those glycogen levels and give you the energy you need to begin your work day. MedWell123 – The Diet Is Dead: Long Live The Latest Fad
With statements like "healthy comfort foods" and "easy weight loss", you'd have to be stupid to buy into this latest fad - MedWell123. The patented process they claim to use to bake their goods alone scares the hell out of me. Has this been tested on rats? I hate to break it to you, but weight loss is not easy, and diet alone does not work in the long-term. All diets work short-term, none are a solution to the ever growing obesity problem.
