How To Fight The Winter Blues

Do you feel blah? I sure do. I am having a hard time motivating myself and connecting with life's joys these days. Short winter days, clouds, rain, and very little exposure to sun light are all contributing to my mood. It seems as I age I am suffering more and more from Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) - a form of depression, with a mild form of it called the winter blues. I was recently surprised when a friend told me she doesn't eat carrots because they are bad for you and an obstacle to weight loss. Hmm.
