Detox – Preparation

As mentioned in my previous article, I am currently preparing for a three week detoxification based on The Detox Box from Dr. Mark Hyman. I must admit, this detoxification program does take up a lot of time. I am a big believer in the fact that nobody is born with a slow metabolism and we all can take steps to build and improve our individual metabolism.
