Detox – Preparation
As mentioned in my previous article, I am currently preparing for a three week detoxification based on The Detox Box from Dr. Mark Hyman. I must admit, this detoxification program does take up a lot of time. I am just now catching up reporting back to you and would like to start with the preparation that it took to get ready for the program.
