Outdoor Fitness Fun for Women
Have you gotten bored with your current training routine?
Do you lack the motivation to work out regularly?
Have you not seen the results you wanted?
Do you wonder what exercises you should do and how to do them safely and effectively?
Then, please join me for a fun-filled group fitness class at Cesar Chavez Park at the Berkeley Marina.
Have fun while you:
- Meet new people,
- Get active with your partner, family, or friends,
- Get in shape,
- Tone your body,
- Lose weight,
- Increase your level of energy,
- Decrease stress,
- Strengthen your core,
- Improve your level of fitness, flexibility, and balance.
Classes are designed for women of all ages and levels of fitness.
Duration: Each class lasts for 4 weeks, with three workouts a week. Each session is 60 minutes long.
Pricing: Price per class (12 sessions) is $199. Drop-Ins $20 per session.
Enrollment: Enroll any Monday during the first three weeks of class and pay a prorated amount! Fourth week drop-ins only!
Drop-Ins: Just want to try a single class? Drop-in fee is $20 per class. First drop-in requires registration and paperwork. Please contact me!
