It appears to me that the obese people on the show are surprised and clueless about how they got to be this obese (and unhealthy). How To Fight The Winter Blues

Do you feel blah? I sure do. I am having a hard time motivating myself and connecting with life's joys these days. Short winter days, clouds, rain, and very little exposure to sun light are all contributing to my mood. It seems as I age I am suffering more and more from Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) - a form of depression, with a mild form of it called the winter blues.
