Schedule & Pricing
Classes are ongoing and you may enroll at any time.
Enroll for 4 weeks / 12 sessions at a time.
Each session is 60 minutes long.
Class is on Rain or Shine.
Price per 4 weeks (12 sessions) is $199. (Discounts available for multiple people or classes.)
Drop-Ins $20 per session.

What to bring
Please bring a mat (like a yoga mat or a thicker exercise mat), and water (optional, but recommended).
Dress in layers, and if you want to keep your hands clean and smooth, wear gloves with leather palms.
I also recommend having a light breakfast before class, like some yogurt and fruit.

Saturdays at 8AM, same location as regular class.
