- I specialize in Weight Loss for Women and Training for Women over 50. Specialization allows me to get in-depth training as well as experience in a particular field and with that give you the best service and results for your particular goals and condition.
- I am a former competitive bodybuilder, which allowed me to be completely immersed in exercise and nutrition 24/7. As bodybuilders prepare for competition the goal is to maintain muscle mass while decreasing body fat as much as possible. That’s basically the goal of any good weight loss program too.
- I offer one-on-one training in complete privacy in my in-home studio in Albany. I also have all the latest equipment and fitness "toys," a clean studio, and offer towels, water, and fruit.
