		<description>Hey Biggi!  I love the changes to your web site!  When I was out of town I missed one of your blog postings so had to get caught up. 

I have found that eating more than 3 hours before going to bed (I eat around 7:00 and go to bed at 10:00/10:30) has helped me in so many ways.  I sleep better, feel lighter when I wake up and seem to burn through my calories faster during the day. 

When I was in Chile, I found that this is what they do as well and there are very few overweight people. They eat a breakfast of avocado and a little fresh cheese (queso fresco) on wheat toast, maybe a little slice of ham or two eggs scrambled, and always a big fruit salad. Their biggest meal of the day is lunch. Then they rest in the afternoon and go back to work at about 4:00 for a few more hours. Instead of dinner they may have just a light snack or salad.

Anyway, just had to say hello, share some thoughts, and let you know how much I enjoyed your site.
